Orgelbüchlein is a work for organ and stereo fixed media, that was written for Graeme Shields in the summer of 2019. The work takes five hymn-tunes which were a part of Bach’s original collection and refashions them into a seamless work that completely flattens their melodic identity into a morass of static harmonies and uncanny sonic environments. The following hymn-tunes are included in this work:
